After weeks of restless nights I can finally say the time is near. My portfolio site is finally here. I learned a lot through this experience. I'm happy with my final results. I can't wait to take on web design head on and take my skills to the next level. Below is my mission slash about me. ReplyDeleteLong time no speak... This is actually the second time that I have tried to contact you on your blog site. I wrote a long ass letter and when I hit preview, it jumped to the next page and promptly disappeared. WTH. There were some meaningful words and messages in that letter. I am definitely not going to rewrite the 1000 words that went missing just now.
Anyways, how are you and my sister in law? Heard from mom that you have been quite busy. Very happy to hear that you are working hard, preparing to put a ding in the universe. My efforts here in taiwan has been less than spectacular. I feel like a worn out piece of glass that you find at the beach. No longer shiny and sharp. Matte and Dull.
Your sis and I are expecting a baby girl this coming February. If all goes well with the fortune telling (don't get me started on this superstitious mumbo jumbo mom is into), we will name her Si-Yeon. We are electing to keep her name very Korean. However, it can be pronounced Sionne as well either way, it works for me.

I do have an interesting favor to ask you. Would it be possible for a coworker of mine to send his purchase to you from amazon. Maybe you can send it back to taiwan. But you have to tell me as soon as you can, since mom is leaving next monday.
